About Us
In Attendance is unique.
It is the only national magazine
published within the U.K. Fire and Rescue sector which
is service focused, and free of any charge. For 25
Years In Attendance has provided a platform for news
from the services.
Most of our editorial content is
driven and provided by firefighters. In Attendance
offers a forum for Fire and Rescue services to exchange
ideas, compare experiences and to share their news and
views with others. It is committed to keeping readers
informed on everything from new legislation and
technical innovation to new products and services from
leading manufacturers and suppliers.
Most importantly In Attendance
provides a voice for firefighters. Our main mission is
to provide a consistent medium for them to keep
colleagues, other emergency services and the public
aware of their aims, endeavours, challenges and
achievements.
Features and other editorial items
are invited from all agencies operating within the fire
and rescue sector. For example the achievements and
work of the Fire Service Charity “Operation
Florian” is regularly featured as we are firm
supporters and admirers of this charitable
organisation. Forthcoming exhibitions and conferences
are regularly covered, providing contact names, venues
and dates.
In Attendance is published
quarterly and circulation currently stands at 10,000
copies, delivered free of charge through the internal
distribution networks of Fire and Rescue services
across the U.K.. We do provide a subscription service
(full details are available on our editorial platform).
For those who wish to receive the magazine direct to
any address of their choice.
In Attendance is funded exclusively
through advertising. See our advertising platform for
full details. We believe there is no other publication
in the U.K. today with a wider readership within the
United KIngdom Fire and Rescue Service.
